Court Sale Announced in Rockcastle County Kentucky

The Rockcastle County Court issues a judgment and order of sale for a tract of about 16 acres in Rockcastle County. The sale will occur at the courthouse steps in Mt Vernon on Monday February 26 1912 between 9 am and 4 pm in credit of six months. The purchaser must bond with approved security and the terms resemble a judgment.

Mason man credits Dr King’s New Discovery for recovery

S A Stid of Mason Michigan recalls a near deadly storm exposure that left him with a severe chest cold and breathing trouble. A neighbor gave him Dr King’s New Discovery which relieved his symptoms and the doctor warned of possible pneumonia. Two bottles cured him and a trial bottle was offered by Charles C Davis.

By virtue of a 1912 circuit court judgment Fannie Turner sues Spencer Mullins and others. The master commissioner schedules sale of Livingston real estate at the Mt. Vernon courthouse on Monday February 26 1912 from 9 am to 4 pm on credit for six months. Bidders must furnish bonds with approved surety and meet court terms.

President Tait Delays Supreme Court Appointment

President Tait delays until next week the appointment of four successors to the late Justice Harlan on the United States Supreme Court. Clarence Alford was found guilty at Lebanon Saturday of assault upon a small child and was sentenced to twenty years in the penitentiary. Former Gov. Joseph W. Polk of Missouri announced retirement from the race for endorsement in that state Saturday and pledged support to Speaker Clark for president.
