Egg receipts show lighter leading markets and price gains
The report notes lighter receipts on leading markets with some advance in quoted prices for fine grading stock. To obtain best prices eggs should be gathered daily kept cool and marketed frequently. Cream quantity rose weekly while butter prices stayed strong as poultry moves from farms with lower consumer prices. If time is money it would pay some loafers to cash in.
