About 2,000 cattle sold in a brisk market with prices down from last court. Top weights brought 12 cents per pound, feeders and midweights around 8 to 9 cents, cows 5 to 7 cents, bulls 8 cents. No General Exemption Of Married Men In Draft Plans

Thief Enters Two Local Homes Near Prewitt Station
Sunday night a thief entered the homes of W. Lois Thompson and Dan J. Prewitt near Prewitt's Station and took a small amount of money from each.
