Dates Set for Fall Kentucky Race Meeting Schedule

The Kentucky Racing Commission in Lexington approved fall meeting dates for Lexington Louisville and Latonia tracks. Lexington runs Sept 14–23 nine days, Louisville Sept 25–Oct 14 eighteen days, Latonia Oct 16–Nov 11 twenty four days. Endurance Stakes of 12000 dollars will be run in Louisville. New rules would ban auction pools and require removal of telegraphic wires from tracks. Purses for fall meetings will match spring levels. Delegates Harvey Meyers John Hachmeister Matt Winn and Catesby Woodford supported the plan.
