Christian Home and Bible School PTA Meeting Highlights
The first PTA meeting at Emily C. Ford Dining Hall announced an open house on October 14 and detailed upcoming chicken, turkey, and steak suppers through the year. About 250 attendees saw a 15 minute chorus performance, and students defeated staff 51 to 12 in basketball after rain cancelled the football game. Bill Boyd led scoring with 11 points. Harvest Festival candidates and class officer elections followed, and four intramural football teams began play Thursdays under Benny Hunton.
