Holiday rain delayed Clermont JayCees beach dedication on Lake Minneola until next Sunday, a move praised as widening the field for eight drivers who raced in Georgia on Labor Day. August gathering between Mount Dora and Eustis clubs featured seven courts in three 75 point games. Black won 254 by Clyde Dixon and Ted Hillyer while Red posted 221 by Dr. Hornung and Fred Dehn.
