Mount Dora Election Rules Announced for December Vote
Citizens are urged to meet registration and poll tax requirements by November 30 to vote in the Mount Dora municipal election held on the second Tuesday in December. Residents must be registered in Mount Dora and Lake County, have paid poll tax for 1928 and 1929 or be over 55, and have resided in Florida twelve months and in Mount Dora six months prior to the election. A court notice follows in Lake County Circuit Court regarding Charles Edgerton in a chancery case.
