Seven Mount Dora Women’s Club members joined the 7th District Florida Federation of Women’s Clubs at the Sorosis Club House in Orlando for an annual meeting and luncheon. Speakers addressed education for permanent peace and the role of faith in achieving lasting harmony. The Lake County Federation fall meeting was announced for November 15 at 10 am at the Eustis Women’s Club House with Capt. Wm. H. Redkey as principal speaker and a 12:30 luncheon at the hotel urging broad attendance.
