Carnival Halloween Parade Delights Local Children
Enormous balloons and silver dollar prizes drew children in costumes from preschool to intermediates as Judy Morris won grand prize for prettiest outfit. Adults and teens helped run rides, ice cream, hot dogs, and a masquerade dance with 200 balloons released during a Hi-Hatters performance.
