Central Florida readers learn of a Mount Dora Boating Club Memorial Day program on Lake Dora at Gilbert Park cove starting 10 a.m. May 30. Activities include a treasure clue hunt, a fishing contest with wooden fish, a bang-and-go-back race, a boat parade, and a fish fry. About 100 boats are expected with participants from Orlando, Leesburg, Eustis and Tavares.
