Frank W Stebbins born March 21 1901 in Tampa is president of the Lake County Chamber of Commerce. He studied at Zephyrhills schools and John B Stetson University, became an attorney, earned his first dollar clerking in Zephyrhills, and moved to Lake County in June 1933. His recreation is golf and his favorite flower is the violet.
Frank Stebbins serves a second year as president of the Lake County Chamber of Commerce. He previously led the Eustis Chamber of Commerce, is an active Kiwanian, and acts as Scout Commissioner for Lake County in the Central Florida Council of Boy Scouts of America.
