Jaycees Hold Annual Chicken Barbecue
The Mount Dora Jaycees plan their annual Chicken Barbecue on March 8 from noon to 7 p.m. at the First Methodist Church parking lot. Dinners cost $1.50 per plate with proceeds supporting youth activities such as junior golf tennis and little league baseball plus Christmas parade funding. If weather cancels Saturday the event moves indoors to the youth center.
