City of Mount Dora Florida announces its intent to annex Lots 1–7 and Blocks 44 and 45 of Sylvan Shores, plus part of Northland Road, under Florida Statutes 171.04. The ordinance becomes effective 30 days after passage with four weeks of notice, and future taxes do not apply to existing bonded debt. The city gains full jurisdiction over the annexed lands and residents.
