New Mail Schedule Takes Effect in 1935

Escaped Convicts Captured Near Mount Dora Hotel
Two escapees from the Raiford prison farm checked into Hotel Mount Dora. They registered as Hammond and Edwards and fled after a hotel officer identified them. Harris and Hall, both life-term and fifteen-year-term inmates, were later captured with help from Orlando deputies. a local couple assisted the fugitives unknowingly.
