East Town St Mary's M B Church held long services Sunday starting with 9 30 am Sunday School led by Deacon Bowls. J C Williams Jr led 11 am devotions, Dorothy Lee Reaves led choir rehearsal, Rev L B Parker of Miami preached, and Rev McQueen with Sanford congregation raised 36 dollars for the Deaconess Board. B T U met at 6 30 pm and Rev Parker preached again. Visitors attended and sick members were noted including Mrs Ruby Dexton and Deacon J G Williams recovering from a light stroke.
