Funeral Services For Perce Arnold In Portland Me
Word has been received of the death of Perce Arnold on Thursday June 13 at a Portland hospital. Funeral services were held Monday at 2 p.m. in Portland. Interment was in Bergen New York. He is survived by his wife Judy and daughter Constance of San Francisco. He was a member of the Mount Dora Rotary Club and Lawn Bowling Club. The Arnolds were winter visitors for more than 10 years and became permanent Mount Dora residents two years ago.

Visiting Professor to Join Lake Sumter Junior College
Dr. Donald E. Hayhurst, associate professor at West Virginia University Morgantown, will serve as visiting professor in the social science department during Lake Sumter Junior College summer session. An honor graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, he held the Citizenship Clearing House Fellowship in 1960 and administered for Governor Cecil H. Underwood that year. He has a Amelia Earhart Foundation research grant and was named to the West Virginia State Advisory Council of Employment Security in 1961. He belongs to the American and Southern Political Science associations and authored The Role of County Government.
