Lake County Florida adjourned meeting on June 13 1932 set depositories with collateral 15000 per bank and varied amounts for Leesburg. They authorized refunding bonds to cover July 1 1932 bonds for South and East Lake districts and approved loans totaling about 22500 from special road and bridge districts to fund the exchange plan.
Com Sloan reports authorization to extend Certificate of Deposit No 345 in the Special Road and Bridge District No 6 sinking fund. The $5,000 CD would run from June 23 1932 to December 30 1936 with the same interest rate as other state deposits. Roll call shows Districts 1 2 3 in favor and Districts 4 5 against.

In the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida Lake County chancery suit against Town of Mount Dora and John Wilkins Sawyer et al for foreclosure of special assessment liens. An order for constructive service issued as required by law. The defendant Sawyer is addressed at 137 Kempstel Lane Heights Norfolk Virginia and an affidavit accompanies the notice.
The bill of complaint names John Wilkins Sawyer as a non resident of Florida and requires service to bind him. He must appear at the Lake County Court House in Tavares on July 4 1932 to answer. failure to do so will result in the bill being confessed. Publication of this order is ordered weekly for four weeks in the Mount Dora Topic and a copy posted at the courthouse.
