Mount Dora anticipates a busy expansion as five major developments proceed including Doric Foods plant near the golf course with a 41 000 square foot facility begun May 1 to be ready September 15 boosting output. Grants at Golden Triangle Shopping Center nearly doubles to 70 000 square feet adding departments and services. Link's Stationery expands with a new printing plant to September 1, enlarging stock and offices. Idler Marina advances phase one building a 100 boat stalls with a full complex due next spring. Hill House Apartments, or Castle Apartments, will offer 24 two bedroom units with lake views, targeting completion September 1. H D Auto Parts completes relocation and expansion on South Highland Street.
