Postmaster Fred S. Archer releases the annual report showing receipts for the 12 months ending June 30 totaling 8,992.99, up from 478.10 the prior year. Stamp cancellations rose to 1,145.99, with 1,410 needed to lift the office from fourth to third class in the coming year.
