Dumb Mistake Brings About A Hospital Miracle
A nine year old girl Jessie Mae Cooper suffered severe burns and a paralyzed right arm in a fire at East Town. A visitor’s toy gift with two hand puppets led to a sudden smile and renewed movement in her hands. By then the doctor removed bandages and she stood briefly in a wheelchair.
