The Mount Dora Triples Championship Tournament co sponsored by the Mount Dora Chamber of Commerce on the 9th and 10th drew 28 teams from 9 clubs with Daytona taking top honors Ellen Hosack Leo Lalone and Sandy Watson won 4 wins 68 points while Orlando led by Harold Esch Irene Hughes and Vivian Esch took second 4 64. George Caldwell Mary Garrison Len Day earned fourth as 16 end games gave way to 14 ends due to time. Ted Foley led as general chairman with strong support from volunteers across parking registration refreshments and umpiring headed by Tom Spencer and Garry Garrison.
