Services Held For Former Eustis Police Chief Caruthers
Funeral services were held Wednesday for L. G. Caruthers 47 of Sylvan Shores who died Sunday at Waterman Memorial hospital after a heart attack. Former Eustis police chief he resigned to join Packard Motor Co. as state distributor. He lived in Atlanta briefly and returned to Florida last June. He is survived by wife Ida Mae Caruthers and father Littleton Caruthers of St. Petersburg.
