Bob Skinner of Umatilla is named 1964 Lake County campaign chairman for the National Foundation March of Dimes. Skinner returns from New Orleans where foundations seminars prepared county chairs. Wounded Girl in Fair Condition After Camp Street Shooting
Rose Ann Durden, 10, was shot in the chin by a .22 rifle held by her brother Carl, 13, at the family Camp Street home. Police say a chamber inspection caused the accidental discharge. She is described as fairly good at Waterman Memorial hospital.
