Shuffleboard Players Return to Mount Dora and Start Ladies League
A group of returning members from multiple states gathers as Mount Dora hosts a Ladies League kickoff at 1:30 PM on a yet-to-be-decided day. The club held a card party with Bridge and Pinochle, and a Turkey Shoot on November 26 directed by Fred Steele with 75 participants.

Maj and Mrs J H Story of Mt Plymouth were honored guests at a surprise 50th wedding anniversary celebration at Sorrento Presbyterian Church on December 1. Mrs. N. R. McNear traveled to Connecticut for Thanksgiving with her daughter and said the visit was pleasant. Decoration Day observances were held at the Florida Memorial College in Miami with Rev.
