Local display room at Brown Builders Supply showcases an 18 by 24 foot space as a practical guide for builders and homeowners in Mount Dora Florida. Managers say the room offers a bird’s eye view of finished homes, aiding decision making beyond magazine renderings.
A showroom features six ceiling types in 12 by 12 gum wood blocks, acoustical and insulating tiles, plus wall samples in Ponderosa and yellow pine and a South American pine. Floors include parquet and strip oak, with peg board and sliding doors on display. A bathroom with tile layouts and a paint department accompany the room where contractors and buyers plan their new homes.
