Lake County chamber directors approved plans to rear 75 000 baby bass in Leesburg area lakes with $500 pledged for initial drainage and setup. W B Gibson J R Ashmore and D E Bivens will supervise the project to stock local lakes, plus $100 was set aside to aid the Eustis Boys band national contest effort. The meeting also endorsed fly eradication campaigns, poultry show notes, and delegate efforts for Mr Hargis at the World Poultry Congress.

Doris Hunter, daughter of J W Hunter, sustained multiple fractures and facial injuries when a Ford roadster collided with a parked pickup near Ta vares. Geneva Duncan, daughter of H C Duncan, was hurt when her car overturned near Eustis after striking another vehicle. Both were taken to Orange General Hospital and reported resting as cirurgia.

Canada has removed import restrictions imposed July 2, 1929 on non canned fruits and plant products from Florida areas infested with the Mediterranean fruit fly. The Lake Dora Markets Inc is closed temporarily for installation of a complete up to date refrigerating plant. Mrs. Mary LeFevre Dies After Illness at 82

The widow of Hugh LeFevre aged 82 died suddenly Wednesday evening at her winter home 406 Ninth Avenue Mount Dora. She fell ill after attending a party with her daughter Mrs Merritt and died shortly after with efforts to revive her failing. She leaves husband two daughters nine grandchildren and great‑grandchildren. Funeral at 7 30 this Friday at home, then burial in Cleveland Ohio.
