Insurance policy covers 150 pilots in Hupmobile flight
The Independence Companies of Philadelphia issued a $1,000,000 single aviation policy to Gambill Motor Co of Chicago for 150 buyers of Hupmobile Straight Eights flying from Chicago to Detroit on April 17 to collect cars. Each purchaser has $10,000 accidental and liability coverage during the two to three hour flight, ending when all 30 planes land at Ford airport.
