Kiwanis members announce Army Day observance at the Mount Dora club meeting with a speaker from AC Orlando. Dr Otis W Foye delivered the talk at last week’s inter club meeting in Eustis and urged perfect attendance through April to boost club records.

Starting this week and through September, Mount Dora stores will close Wednesday afternoons for summer half holidays. Grocery stores and the post office close all year. Other shops observe the half holidays only during summer months.
