Public Hearing for Mt. Carmel TIF Redevelopment Plan
Mt. Carmel will hold a public hearing October 26 2015 at 4 30 PM at City Hall 219 N Market St Mt. Carmel IL 62863 to consider the Mt. Carmel TIF Redevelopment Plan and Project and use of incremental real estate tax revenues for project costs totaling about 9 9 million. The plan covers 537 parcels along Rt 15 and downtown riverfront, seeks eligibility as conservation and blighted area, and invites public comment.
