Repairs start on ditch at Mount Carmel after years of complaints
Ary Jennings of Mount Carmel reports that Rural Wabash County Water District fixed a leaking line that washed out a culvert at his driveway causing standing water. The State Highway Department then inspected and will repair the culvert, fill a mid ditch void, and address ruts from mowing traffic. Jennings is at Maud and Route 15.
