Clay improves dairy cow immunity and toxin resistance
A University of Illinois study shows aluminosilicate clay not only reduces aflatoxin transfer to milk in lactating Holstein cows but also enhances liver health and immune function. Four groups tested toxin exposure with varying clay amounts, finding 8 ounces yielded the strongest protective effects.
