Illinois Carry holds town hall on second amendment laws
Illinois Carry founders Mike and Valinda Rowe spoke to about 30 residents at the Mabel Courier 4-H Center in Mount Carmel about two gun rights laws signed by Governor Rauner. They noted the firearm restraining order and 72 hour waiting period, discussed changes from the original bills, and said Rauner accommodated key concerns to prevent a veto override.
