Mount Carmel man arrested on solicitation charges
William D. Dardeen, 55, of Mount Carmel, was taken into custody by Wabash County Deputies on October 12 at 11:20 p.m. at Lake Froman. He faces charges including solicitation of a sexual act, possession of a controlled substance, and manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance. He was found in possession of a controlled substance and held in the Wabash County Jail pending bond.
