Thomas Esco Deckard 70 of rural Mount Carmel Illinois died October 2 2015 at home surrounded by family He was born August 25 1945 in St Francisville Illinois to Bernard Deckard and Laurine Grier Deckard He married Donna Stoltz January 6 2001 in Fairfield Illinois He owned a pole barn and construction business and worked as a boilermaker He served as a minister for over 40 years helping establish 160 churches and orphanages He published nine books and many sermons He is survived by his wife five children nine grandchildren two great grandchildren one sister and one brother Visitation October 4 2015 4 to 8 pm at the Cra dle of Hope Prophetic Center Fairfield Funeral October 5 2015 11 am at the Cradle of Hope Prophetic Center Arrangements Cunningham Nichols Funeral Home St Francisville Memorials Celtic Hospice Cradle of Hope through Cunningham Funeral Homes site
