Mount Carmel Police report several arrests in early May

Mount Carmel officers arrested James R. Dill 21 after a traffic stop on East 2nd Street revealed a Wabash County failure to appear warrant and possession of drug paraphernalia and prescription drugs. Dill held on bond. Tyler J. Huebner 20 Princeton Indiana cited for unlawful display of registration and uninsured vehicle with drug paraphernalia found. Beasley 33 Mount Carmel arrested on Clay County warrant and disobeying traffic control device. Kyle R. Stewart 20 held on Wabash County warrant after being found in a vehicle stopped by MCPD.

Minors Cited At Warrior Village Alcohol Patrol

Mount Carmel Police and Wabash County Sheriff patrolled May 9 under a Controlled Party Dispersal grant from Human Services and SAMHSA. Sixteen present at Warrior Village. eleven minors aged 17 to 20 cited for unlawful consumption. One juvenile cited and released to an adult. others released to rooms after statements of charge or warnings.
