WADI sign-up for school supplies underway
Wabash Area Development Inc and the Wabash County Ministerial Association invite MCHS students to register before Aug 3 at the WADI office 823 West 9th Street Mt. Carmel from 8 am to 5 pm. Distribution is the week of Aug 10. Donations of supplies gym shoes or cash are welcomed and can be mailed or dropped off. Checks to WADI with school supplies in memo. All funds go to the program.

Strong For Life fitness class at WCSC Mount Carmel
A biweekly chair and chair assisted exercise program for seniors begins August 6 at the Wabash County Senior Citizens Center in Mount Carmel. The one hour Thursday morning sessions, offered free with optional donations, are funded by Title III of the Older Americans Act and the Southeastern Illinois Area Agency on Aging. Participants may join anytime.
