Local cats flown from Mount Carmel to Wisconsin sanctuary

Two cats from Wabash County Animal Shelter were flown out of Mount Carmel Airport on January 29 to Home for Life in Wisconsin. Volunteers arranged transport via Pilots N Paws after the elderly owner moved to a nursing home, keeping the cats together for 10 years. Pilot David Clark, from Minneapolis, notes the mission costs fuel and is run entirely by volunteers.
