Truck tire crashes through wall in Cowling residence
Wabash County Sheriff’s Office responded after a semi tire breached the side of Herb and Ida VanVleet’s Cowling home before 7 am on January 4. The tire was found inside a room. no vehicle remained at the scene. Driver Scott L. Prosser of Noble claimed uncertainly about losing rear dual tires as authorities coordinated a truck inspection with Illinois State Police. no citations issued and investigation continues.
