Public Notices Bid Guarantee Required for Bids
Notice 1001 Public Notices No 9 states all bids must be accompanied by a negotiable bid guarantee. Acceptable forms include certified checks bank drafts payable to the Housing Authority of the County of Wabash Illinois U S Government Bonds at par value or a satisfactory bid bond with sureties equal to five percent of the bid. The surety must be authorized to do business in the state.

Bid Proposal Requirements for Government Acceptability
The project must be located and acceptable to the Government. If the bid guarantee is missing, the PHA will reject the bid. Proposals must use unaltered bid forms incorporated herein with all blanks filled. Proposals must be signed with typed name. If the bidder is a corporation, sign with the legal corporate name followed by the signer’s name.
