Car strikes pole in rain injures none. youth charged
At about 3 10 p m Sunday during a rain shower David Keith Goodman 16 of Mount Risby turned from North Main Street onto Springs Road in Sulphur and lost control of a 1967 Pontiac sliding sideways into a utility pole 227 feet from the intersection. Damage to the car was about 300 dollars. The investigating officer charged Goodman with exceeding the safe speed.
