Hillsville Christmas Concert replaces parade in town
Hillsville merchants sponsor a Christmas concert on the Carroll County Courthouse lawn in Hillsville Virginia for Saturday December 1 at 2 PM weather permitting. Santa Claus will visit. If rain forces cancellation the event moves to December 6. County singing groups from public schools will perform. Free parking will be provided by the town council. Downtown lights will not be illuminated this year.
