Under a 1907 Surry Superior Court order in Gallaway v Gallaway the commissioner will sell on May 18 1908 at 1 PM on the premises. First tract is a Main Street home site. Second tract covers the J I Belton house lot near the mill road. Third tract a vacant lot on the same street. Terms: one fourth cash, half the balance in six months, remainder in twelve months. April 8 1908. Commissioner.

The trustee F L Smith will sell at public auction in front of the First National Bank in Mount Ayr on April 28 1908, the real estate described as a tract adjoining the lands of D B Green and Willis Cooper, the place where Newman now resides, as set forth in the Gwyn deed. The sale is to satisfy the debt and interest.
