Youths Fined for Trouble at Toast Cafe
Three Surry County youths were fined 50 dollars plus court costs for trespassing at a Toast restaurant two weeks ago. Freddie Thore 17 of Lowgap Jimmy Puckett 18 Route 5 Mount Airy and Ted Atkins 17 of Lowgap were found guilty by Judge R. Westmoreland. Atkins was charged with profanity and Thore and Puckett with public drunkenness. A fourth person Billy Puckett was unnamed in the report.
