Former Game Warden Begins 12 Month Prison Sentence

Smith Wayne Marion 17 of Siloam Route 1 died instantly when his car collided with another on White Plains road near Level Cross. The crash injured Ralph Key and Joseph Stewart, with Martin Memorial Hospital treating the others. Lawson, driver of the speeding car, faced manslaughter and reckless driving charges and was released on bond.
