Scurlock Reunion Held in Trenton Mo
The 28th annual Scurlock reunion was held in Trenton Missouri park on Sunday August 28 with attendees reporting a fine time. The business meeting led by Junior Scurlock approved last reunion minutes and gifted the youngest and oldest attendees and the largest family. Orlin Scurlock was elected chairman for the 24th reunion with John Scurlock as vice chair and Marguerite reappointed secretary treasurer. Numerous Scurlock relatives from Ottumwa Centerville Bloomfield Glenwood Downing Braymer and more attended plus several distance prizes awarded.

Wayne Weber returned from Arvada Colorado after summer work. Howard Minks and Grandma Minks of Centerville with Harold Exline of Seymour visited Ilah Morris. Karen Moore and Maema Southwick of Mexico Missouri stayed with Joe Moore and family. they were taken to Mexico and stayed at Woodrow Duty home.
