Town Council Hears Lagoon Plan With Garden Engineering
Special Session May 27 1968 presided by Mayor Clifford Cosby. Council members Wood Bassett Britt Lee and Fowler consider Merrill Garden of Os Kal oosa proposal for two lagoons to dispose town sewage at about 74000 but Bassett moves no action after being told installation could cost 25000 to 30000. Singley attends but declines land price. Adjournment follows.
