Frazier-Lemke Bill Is Unconstitutional
The Supreme Court decision leaves little room for dispute and urges those affected to act quickly to avoid dispossession. It outlines five case groups and directs steps under Moratorium Laws through March 1 1937 or March 1 1938 in Iowa to preserve farm possession while seeking extensions or appeals. It also supports refinancing voices and guides debtors to County Farm Debt Advisory Committees and the Des Moines office for assistance.

Nichols Predicts Better Iowa Fruit Crop Than 1934 Outlook
H E Nichols at Iowa State College says Iowa fruit growers may harvest a larger crop in 1935 than in 1934. Bloom across most of Iowa runs 75 to 100 percent of normal, with some areas reporting light prospects. Some heavy crops in 1934 show lighter yields now, especially Jonathan apples, while strawberries face shortages due to frost and cold rains. Kansas, Nebraska and Illinois show heavy blooms. grapes and raspberries look favorable for near normal production.
