Hearing set in Centerville Appanoose County on December 20, 1930. Appear and show cause if any why discharge should not be granted.
On December 8 1930 the District Court of Appanoose County Iowa appointed E R Moen as executor of the estate of Eliza Ann Mitchell deceased. All indebted persons must pay and all claims must be presented with authentication to the court for allowance. J R Barkley attorney.
