Republican State Convention Iowa Des Moines August 1 1900
A delegate convention of the Republican Party of Iowa will be held in Des Moines on Wednesday August 1 1900 at 11 o clock a m to nominate candidates for state offices including Secretary of State Auditor State Treasurer Attorney General and Supreme Court Judge as well as Railroad Commissioner and electors. Representation is apportioned one delegate per county plus one additional for every two hundred votes or fraction thereof cast for Shaw in the 1899 election.
