Stahl Bros poultry plant at Gonzales has completed USDA requirements and qualifies for the official Inspected for Wholesomeness mark. The Southwest program head notes 28 Texas plants now comply, with 22 more expected by the deadline. final approval followed Sept 15 after meeting sanitation standards. Dr. John C.
